Sweet Asian Coleslaw
This cool, crispy, umami rich slaw is a delicious way to eat your colors; it is every bit as delicious as it is healthy.

1 small head Napa cabbage, shredded.
1 cup carrots, shredded.
1 cup snap or snow peas sliced in thin strips.
4 scallions/green onion sliced on bias or in rings.
½ cup cilantro, course chopped.
½ cup S&F Garlic Teriyaki Sauce
Optional: 1 tablespoon toasted or untoasted sesame seeds
- Add all ingredients in large bowl except S&F Garlic Teriyaki Sauce. Mix, cover, and chill about two hours before meal service. About 10 minutes before serving add S&F Garlic Teriyaki Sauce and mix well.
- Optional Pro Tip: for a crunchy addition, top with 1/2 cup salted peanuts, cashews pieces, or slivered almonds.
