Speedy Po’ Boy Sandwiches with Smothered Cajun Sauce


1 1/2 pounds precooked fried shrimp medium shrimp
Pro Tip – buy precooked fried shrimp in your grocers freezer and thaw in advance
4 small loaves of French bread (or 2 larger loaves, halved)
8oz S&F Smothered Cajun Sauce
1 large tomato (sliced)
2 cups lettuce (shredded)
1 cup dill pickle chips


  1. Slice the baguettes into split top or also called open faced.
  2. Spread both side baguette with Smothered Cajun Sauce, arrange the fried shrimp on the bread and top with shredded lettuce and tomato slices.
