Golden Pimento Deviled Eggs


12 hard-boiled eggs, chilled
6 tbsp S&F Carolina Gold
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp diced pimento, liquid drained
2 tbsp chives, diced small, to garnish
Paprika, to garnish


Mixing bowl


  1. Cut hard boiled eggs in half and remove yolks to mixing bowl. Reserve egg white half for later use.
  2. Add S&F Carolina Gold, mayonnaise, and pimento. Gently crumble yolks and incorporate ingredients to create a uniform mixture.
  3. Fill the egg white halves with mixture. Garnish, lightly dust tops of with paprika and add a few pieces chive garnish to complete
