Fiery Open Faced Grilled Cheese, Ham & Tomato
Enjoy these kicked up spicy grilled cheese sandwiches, cooked to a golden brown, oozing with cheese and topped with our signature honey buffalo sauce.

4 large slices crusty dark bread like a dense sourdough, about ½” thick
4 tsp. softened butter
4 thin slices dry-cured style country ham
8 thin slices of red tomato
4-8 slices Gruyere, Comte, or Emmental cheese (about 2oz per sandwich)
4oz S&F Honey Buffalo Sauce

Pro tip – line sheet tray with foil or parchment for easy clean up.
- Preheat oven to 450º.
- Spread one side of each slice of bread with softened butter, place butter side up on sheet tray.
- Add a ham slice on each piece of bread, next add tomato slices on top of ham. Cover ham and tomato with slices of cheese.
- Bake until cheese is melted and golden around edges, 6-8 minutes.
- Drizzle each open-faced sandwich with 1oz of S&F Honey Buffalo Sauce
