Dried Cherry-Almond Chicken Pasta Salad


1 cup S&F Garlic & Herb chef sauce
3 cups uncooked bow tie pasta (farfalle)
2 cups cooked, boneless and skinless chicken breast, bite sized pieces
Pro Tip: use leftover Rotisserie style chicken
½ cup celery, diced bite size
¼ cup red onions chopped
¼ cup sweetened dried cherries
¼ cup fresh Italian parsley chopped
¼ cup slivered almonds, toasted
Salt & pepper, to taste

  1. Cook pasta to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with cold water to cool. Drain well.
  2. In large bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, celery, onions, cherries and parsley. Mix well.
  3. Pour the S&F Garlic & Herb Dressing over salad; toss gently to coat. Fold in almonds or sprinkle on top for garnish.
