Peppercorn Steak Sauce
Just the right amount of Worcestershire sauce, red wine, and spices to give this steak sauce a tart, peppery punch.
Serve with grilled steak or oven-roasted prime rib. Stir into mayonnaise for a roast beef or roasted pork sandwich spread. Blend with ketchup to make a glaze for salmon or a topping for burgers. Mix into meatloaf.
